      The people are very nice to work with, Benefits are great, Family oriented atmosphere, No Degree req,

      Cons

      Poor Management, No room for advancement, No performance reviews, No room for advancement, Advancement based on the buddy system. Everything seems like a free for all, no standardization.

      Better benefits than most companys

      Cons

      Upper management shows favoritism and is incapable of treating all employees fairly. No formal training to the majority of the team. Management uses buddy system if you are a buddy of the management. Been known to hire idiots and drunks off the street and put them in project management rolls.
