      -CEO and staff are all charismatic and hard working. -Coworkers are all like-minded and work to improve academic growth

      Cons

      -Programs can be a little chaotic at times -Management and communication can be delayed a lot -Growth is very slow -You are on call until positions open up

      Great stepping stone for beginning job. They do a great job in training you in the educational field

      Pay is low but is good if its your first time job. No benefits, no fulltime jobs.
