Pros

Its a very fast pace environment which means you're never bored. There is plenty of overtime that is offered and you get out of the company what you put in. There is a lot of room for growth and management challenges you to push for progress.

Cons

On occasion it is asked or required to work additional hours to complete critical tasks or deadlines but overall the management team is willing to work with you.

Long hours Saturdays included People come in and out Lots of interruptions, can be disruptive if you're trying to get work done.

It rolls downhill...... No communication between departments, Unreal deadline expectations. Quality suffers. You will be underpaid here for the work
