      Nothing: worse management ever, no good colleagues, very low salary, no promotions...

      Cons

      Management are too worried to keep their status so they stand up on people with talent, not leting the business grow. All relations beteewn colleagues are toxic, bad enviroment everywhere.

      Great colleagues - Nice competent, supportive talents

      Cons

      - High turn over rate on both management and staff side, which impact stability and productivity of the company - Small team with lack of managerial support - No clear strategy for APAC - As a training company you would expect application of the Leadership, talents - Not open to listening to staff feedback - Management concepts, lessons, technics etc... they advocate for - None of these are applied internally
