Excellent products. Probably the best in the industry.
Cons
Huge turnover of staff. No visible HR activity, no onboarding, no performance reviews, no goal setting, no training, no ongoing pd, no accountability from colleagues. Nothing delivered on time - ever. No one is capable of giving a succinct and complete answer - or sticking to a deadline. You are ostracised if you tell the truth. It could be an absolutely fantastic place to work, truly. However there are some very large egos keeping that from happening.
