Pros
Excellent coworkers and management. Everyone definitely bands together to really help those in need in the community. Definitely has opened new doors for me to expand and given hope to those in the area who are struggling.
Cons
It is a non-profit so money can be tight.

Pros
Management and co-workers were tight-knit group who welcomed new employees onto their team. Many opportunities to create great working relationships and friendships: two 15 min walks, potlucks, holiday celebrations, etc. The work is rewarding at a Job Center where you are helping people to promote their success.
Cons
The money is not very comparable to this same work at a different organization. But most people working there realize this and choose to stay for the "pros".
