Pros
High standards, a great and unique teaching method, high quality professional students who are usually motivated to learn. Fairly steady work.
Cons
Pay should be a few Euro higher per hour considering the admin involved with keeping the portal updated, emailing, and the expectation to sometimes attend unpaid supervision meetings.

Great colleagues, beautiful environment, friendly and motivated clients.
Cons
Difficult to organize any other activities because of the unpredictable hours you'll be working every week. They expect a lot and you don't always get something in return.
