      Pros

      Only Pros is the German Team and the Lead. No Politics like Indian Managers. All are treated equal.

      Cons

      All False promise from the HR department in India to join the company and sign 3 years service agreement. They tell you, you get 2 hikes a year and when you join they ask sarcastically "Will you believe whatever we tell". Totally unprofessional peoples in Indian Management and this is not at all a place for Software people. By the time you realize all these you would have signed the 3 years service agreement. Dont get fooled by these people.

      Pros

      Easy company to work for if you are committed and need little supervision. Company is growing at a rapid pace. The merger with Komet gives a positive footprint in North America and will grow rapidly from it.

      Cons

      I have yet to really experience much negative.

      Must be flexible and open minded to work here. There are constant changes (but positive)
