The management system of this company has serious issues. They only protect the management team, and every time there are tons of meetings, but the outcomes are always decided solely by them. They never take any real action. The HODs are of very low standard — they push all the work to their subordinates while they relax and watch the show even survey for makeup artists. They have never considered their subordinates at all.
