.. so, how can I start?
The worst administration you can find—an extremely political environment where mediocrity prevails, and the best people end up leaving. Projects are all for show, and funding (as a non-profit organization, they rely on PRR and European Union funds) serves to benefit friends and repay “favors” in shady deals made by those who have been running the organization for 20 years, just to keep the machine going.
The HR team is incapable of handling anything and seems indifferent. I even question whether they are competent or knowledgeable about labor laws.
CEiiA’s agenda is full of external show-off initiatives, but the internal structure is practically nonexistent and poorly communicated both externally and internally. Only few projects are successfully concluded.
Speaking of communication—it’s terrible, serving only the CEO and his circle. If I say that more than half the communication team has left, that should tell you everything.
They have dismissed a lot of people in the weeks before Christmas. This shows zero humanity and a complete lack of people management at all levels. Never has anything like this been seen in any organization.
