Over time, however, my perception of the organization has changed significantly due to my experience with leadership and workplace culture. My primary concern is the lack of support from management. Employees need coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to succeed, especially when learning new processes or taking on additional responsibilities. Instead, I have often felt unsupported and left to navigate challenges on my own. There is also a perception of inconsistent treatment among employees.
