Pros

Good tax and accounting experience

Cons

Very rude and unorganized management style. Was not given enough time to take a 30 min. lunch break and finish my work on time. I tried to call in sick for the first time after four weeks of working there and was told I was "not sick" and then promptly fired over the phone.

Pros

Experience in accounting and tax filing. Interesting clientele.

Cons

Environment is pretty negative. High turnover. If you're not a suck up then you will not survive. This place is not for the faint of heart. There is absolutely zero structure from management and if you make a mistake, even the slightest, you will be shamed for it and everybody will hear it. If you call in sick they will question you as if you're lying. If you're looking to work 11+ hours a day, 6 days a week during tax season without making a lick of overtime then this place is perfect for you. Look elsewhere, for your own good.

Pros

Learned a lot working here. Lots of different clients and boss pushes employees to succeed at any cost. Rick does care but has a quirky way of showing it. Coworkers are cool. No clear path up. Warren is nice.

Cons

Demanding work environment. Bad compensation. 75% of us got Covid because boss forced us to come into work and didn't trust us to WFH during height of pandemic.
