Pros
Your co-workers are great, your team feels like a true team, and you get to travel the world and produce great events. You will learn a lot if you are a self starter and meet a ton of cool people along the way.
Cons
You will be worked to the bone. No matter how hard you work, or how much margin you make on your projects, you will be denied a raises and promotions. You are only hurting yourself if you don't put in 60-80 hours a week since you are 100% responsible for your severely understaffed productions. They know this, and the abuse it. Clients cannot be serviced properly.
