One of the best aspects of the agency was the collaborative team environment. The fast-paced setting sharpened my time management, adaptability, and technical design skills, helping me grow much faster than I would have on my own.

Cons

One of the challenges was that the agency gradually moved away from its original values and team structure, which made it harder to maintain the same sense of alignment and collaboration.
