Pros

You will know the importance of your life, health, me time and your beloved people and especially the good sleep(You will miss this lot)

Cons

This company is filled with cons. I have a little time to write this. So lets make it shorter, 1. These people are great criminals. 2. Their experience certificate has some parameters like poor,very poor, vvv poor,fair, attendance percent, your height,weight etc. It was more than my childhood report card. These parameters are added to make the employees bend and work more. 3. Internal politics is filled in this place. 4. Salary is low. Rs-8000 for a fresher with 2 years bond. [Note - you have to work for 2.6 years. training is for 6 months which will not be included in the bond] Happy huh! 5.Work life balance. What is that?.. You cant leave the office less than 10 hours. Mostly you have to work for 12 or more hours. Happy working days:) 6.The comments above are from management people. They are big liars. 7. This is a heavily blacklist company which shows you are getting in to trouble and flying to few big companies will be a problem. Some big companies don't recruit employees from a blacklisted company. 8. Many employees run away from this company even though their certificates are locked. They will never return your certificates and you cant exit the company before bond expires.

Foremost, we would like to appreciate you for the time taken to write these detailed remarks. We regret your non-constructive experience with us but we don’t have the same opinion and strongly disagree with your remarks We would be keen to address every point mentioned here. We are public certified company and yes, we do have multiple parameters in our Relieving letters that will give a very detailed insight to the employee regarding their performance and will also serve as credentials for their future employment with any organization. Along with fair rating we also have rating ranging from excellent, very good, good and we are never stringent in rating our employees across any factors. We have very transparent policy and all our employees are informed well in advance regarding tenure, salary and other polices of CG-VAK before they join. Any employee who joins us will only do so if they are completely satisfied with our terms here. We strongly disagree with the word Black listed. We still do business with Top International Clients from US/Canada/Germany /UK etc and our people travel to US on long term Visa’s every year. We still have many of our ex-employees working in top IT MNC’s in India and Fortune companies USA. Lastly our Management, Team and employee, at all times try our best to meet each other’s expectation. We do have few firm policies and this is framed only to protect each other interests. With all respect, we hope you would reconnect with us and we shall be more than happy to address any concerns. Thanks Again!!

Pros

Job role is good and with this experience you can easily get a job in bigger companies. Good exposure to technical knowledge and skills

Cons

Everything from the marketing team is flawed after the advent of unfair inheritance of authority or a privileged kid. Leads and managers are not supportive unlike they used to be before which made the team think Anto was perfectly holding the team together and a right leader. Everyone is so keen about saving their jobs as questioning the management would put their job at stake. Herd mentality and bias is sucking big time. Lots of unnecessary pressure and exorbitant call numbers with no proper process or automation in place. Mostly underpaid and no where near what a smaller startup compensate. No other benefits, WFH showed their true colours. Miniscule incentives when the team is performing at its peak, unbelievable. Almost zero learning and monotonous with every day you will hate yourself for doing this and being part of this team. Zero $ spent on process optimization or automation for marketing efforts which puts bde's to do everything manually. No respect for individuals. The managers, especially the senior one behaves as if he owns the company and one such chameleon, an unfit for the position he is holding. Eying to replace Anto's place, he is stooping all time low with almost no dignity, undermining the efforts and no empathy for the fellow team members. I really feel bad to vent this out as this was not the case when I started my tenure. Those were the days that reflected the true CG's culture.

This pains us but then again we would like to appreciate your effort and great deal of time taken to craft this feedback. Although we appreciate your sentiments; we strongly refuse your certain views. CG-VAK is currently in its 25th year, over these years the company have seen lots of success and hardships, strong and frail partnerships, different Leadership, talents, teams. One of the major learning gathered over the years is the realization of the fact that Change is inevitable and Continual Learning is the key to accomplishments. Just like rest of the world this Pandemic was uninvited change for us and just like other companies we were not prepared to address the situation immediately. However, through trial and errors we evolved and took measured approaches to safeguard employees and drive Business. All this was possible because of the support and resilience shown by our partners and employees; these are our employees who stayed with the company for our Values and not Favoritism. We agree with you that there is more for us to do when it’s comes to automation and digitalization of process, we have successfully set few systems in place and are continuously trying to implement more. Even with the current systems, a majority of our Marketing team have performed their daily job requirement and exceeded their targets effortlessly. We set targets that are practicable and have always appreciated with tangible and intangible benefits when an employee achieves or exceed their target. On occasion when they fail to achieve their target, company and members never held them as failure but seen it as an opportunity to improve. Lastly regarding leadership and authority, we too resonate with your admiration for our Marketing Leader who over the years through his excellent leadership have established a strong the sense of values and purpose amongst the team members . Having said that we realize that each Leader is unique and so is their leadership style, managing change takes time and require more planning therefore we are always looking to evaluate and improve our Leadership style. Since you are current team member, we request you come meet us directly or use our Speak up meeting program to discuss these concerns. We assure that together we can come up with some resolutions. Low low salary, managers don't know anything about technology. Ask you to work for extra hours. If you are fresher. Then they will ask for bond with 90 days notice . then you are a slave .
