Pros

The Technology Manager and a couple of the analyst are great. That is it.

Cons

The COO is dishonest and he denigrates employees all the time. He is a terrible manager. They axe people without notice, but talk about loyalty. Such hypocrites. You do not want to work here.

A tech savy company with some difficulties

Pros

Location in DC right at L'Enfant plaza with satellite office in Herndon VA. Class A Office space in DC. Flexible working conditions for most of the technical staff. A Tech savy company with relatively young staff and attitude. CGH has been a small business for quite some time.

Cons

Cliquish and single client oriented in their culture. Senior and middle management struggling with growth and corporate strategic direction. Upper management shoots from the hip and corporate policies are flexible. Employment there is "at will". Benefits are average.

Most if the people were nice to a point.

Cons

Management was crazy, dead projects. While CGH stands for " Commercial , Government and Home" they only seem to work on the government side of things. If you asked for time off, they would call you back to work during your vacation if they could. No, original ideas. Anyone that's was a good worker has been let go, if they got lucky the FAA picked them up.
