      I think the co-workers are well-intentioned and people do work hard.

      Cons

      There is no direction, the company tries to do too many things and hires teams with promises that are never kept, paychecks are delayed by months or not even paid.

      Pros

      I got first hand experience working at a Brooklyn start-up company and was trusted with many responsibilities.

      Cons

      Not nearly enough pay for the job I was doing. Management seemed detached from the actual issues that were causing major problems for the business.

      Pros

      In the good times, there are cupcakes for every birthday and whiskey shots for every milestone. It feels like a family.

      Cons

      Constantly makes promises and fails to deliver. Pays late or not at all and clearly doesn't care about the customers at all.
