Pros
Excellent health benefits, the company attempts to supplement employee satisfaction with perks. Upper management is authentic.
Cons
Low/Mid-level management is terrible allowing the bulk of paperwork to land on the desks of a few while dismissing staffs protests. High stress, inconsistent/heavy workloads (depending on your department), and poor organization. (Family oriented) Nepotism, gossip, double standards, and constructive dismissal is expected for employees who do not fit the “woke” company cultural mould.

No stress, no overtime, minimal advancement opportunities. You will be trained on one function and repeat it over and over again with little room to deviate from your task.
Cons
You must comply with state mandates. You may not receive your annual raise if you are not a minority
