There is a lot of things that get swept under the rug. The facility rarely has enough food to give the kids for breakfast, the food they are given is often expired or things like Ramen, with no nutritional value. The clients are treated unfairly more often than not. If a child had their bio parents still involved, they will be priority over the kids who are wards of the state and it’s very hard to watch and not be able to do much about. Management is not supportive.

Hiring anyone to work with kids, management is punitive, some hire ups do not have social work education background, where the kids live (the cottages) are very unwelcoming and not home-like, management gossips about employees, employees say whatever they want to kids (cameras do not have audios).
