      Great company, poor leadership

      Pros

      Truly cutting edge in community involvement and outreach, acquiring new grants and contracts, and maintaining frequent training. Amazing staff that is truly dedicated to their work.

      Cons

      Supervisors are completely disconnected to staff. Clinical supervision is assumed to equate to leadership skills, which is most often not the case. Lots of politics that sadly detracts from the valuable work we do with the consumers. Very few opportunities to advance. Higher ups do not take care of their staff. Often times feels like the bottom line is the money, not the children or staff.

      Flexibility - I was able to create a schedule that worked for my life.

      Cons

      Low pay across the board. This company doesn't value employees. They aren't considerate of professional backgrounds that may add value. They are more concerned about billing than genuinely helping clients. The CEO sends out emails that make assumptions about political stances. Upper leadership will make drastic changes even if it is not in the best interest of the company overall and this leads to very high turnover.

      Pros

      Helping those who come from marginalized and low-income groups who need access to affordable/free therapy services.

      Cons

      Management is a mess! Feeling like just a number and that management doesn't care about their therapists at all. Also, there is so much paperwork.
