      1. I got an opportunity to start my career with CHRP-INDIA, where i was rejected by all companies for being a fresher with no experience. 2. I learnt a lot and got opportunity to learn about corporate work and loads of opportunity to client facing and customer service experience. 2. Mistakes are accepted and given opportunity for improvement in a limited period of time 4. They do not entertain non-sense 5. Very focused approach for client servicing and vendor management. 6. Senior management guidance is very helpful and available to support 7. The management heard the employee needs and improved working conditions and has given 5 working days and it was very helpful for all the employees

      Cons

      1. Loads of pressure from clients 2. Employee attrition is high 3. Middle management should improve and good policies should be implemented 4. Current work environment is boring and improvement for employees entertainment should be taken into consideration

      Good opportunity to work on various tools.

      Cons

      1. There is no work life balance. 2. Local management is not experienced and not capable of understanding employees and their concerns. 3. Most of the employees work till late night and no transportation is provided to drop at home even at odd hours in the night. 4. On few instances they have made us work till next morning and expected to come on duty same afternoon. 5. Management do not know how to commit dead lines and the work pressure comes on employees. 6. There are no paid leaves all leaves are loss of pay, the official probation is 6 months but most of the employees get confirmation after one year and till that time all leaves are loss of pay. 7. They even expect employees to come on saturday and sunday without any extra benefit. It has been hard time working at CHRP india.

      No salaries No respect No employees They don't treat employees as employee at least they don't treat them like humans they don't give salaries for months and they also terminate people after the projects without intimation and they hold there salaries they take employees original certificates and blackmail them if they ask salaries and they don't even bother about anyone they terminate at least 2 people in every month without giving the salaries and they keep on changing the company rules and make the company more worst they cut salaries if employees comes late and they never give OT to employees and they invents different types of rules to cut the salaries of employees and they named it as loss of pay they never gave salaries before 10 sorry they never gave salary on time they always keeps 1 or 2 months salary dew

      Cons

      There is no one plus point in these company which employee can feel happy we don't even know the count of employees those who got terminated from the company with out salaries and this is worst company in India which get 1st rank in non employee satisfied company and 1st company which have many people worked without salaries
