      Pros

      Schedule is fairly desirable (every other weekend off, never working more than 3 consecutive days). Many benefits are offered.

      Cons

      Lowest paying company in town. Shift differentials are a joke. Consistently short staffed with no urgency to hire new CNAs. Cannot keep employees due to unreasonable and dangerous patient ratios coupled with low pay. No organization or communication among administrative staff. No leadership or accountability. Scheduling is a mess.

      Team is great to work with. Everyone works together. Pay is great! Flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Only con I can actually think of is the miles on your vehicle seeing patients but that is with home health.
