1) Highly unprofessional people at managerial positions.
2) Unskilled and untrained executives running high positions.
3) No employee benefits.
4) Work culture biased towards certain races.
5) No appreciation for skilled employees, lack of skilled/ unskilled evaluation skills.
6) Discrimination on the basis of races, even if you are skilled they wouldn't appreciate and push you to a point where you lose interest.
7) Production areas highly unclean, even if feedback given 2-3 times, HR laid back saying everyone is adult, they are responsible, no need formal training.
8) Anyone without engineering background or formal education hired as Engineers and made to do Engineering. This is only because people as managers also not skilled to evaluate who is best suited for organization, especially technical fields like Engineering
