      Pros

      The best part of the company is its culture and quality assurance it applies on each project. The management is well structured and organised. The company wins lot of offices' fit out and refurbishment projects in the CBD area.

      Cons

      There is not much varieties on the projects' types. The company is divided into two separate departments: fit out/refurbishments and new building which doesn't give the engineer the complete exposure on all types of projects.

      Hours can be flexible if discussed with the manager

      Cons

      No career development, no investment or career paths or reasonable salaries. No recognition, wants you to do more then your job but no recognition for it. Toxic environment, no HR and no work culture at all. Great for juniors to learn for about a year only.
