Business evolving in very difficult times

Pros

Plenty of opportunity for career growth. Coming out of the pandemic the recovery of the business is likely to be rapid. The business is well position to make the most of this, it's got a strong client base and is investing in products and projects that will support this.

Cons

People have been worked really hard during the pandemic, to be fair there hasn't been much of an option our industry has been hit harder than most , but understandably some people feel jaded by it. It's a hard and fast business culture, so not for those who want to coast along.
