I’ve met some very amazing people and those people are my team members. It’s literally the dream team

Cons

Where do I even start??? The CEO is incompetent and a complete shill as is EVERYONE that is underneath him. -COVID mandates are not followed. -Employees are put in harms way without a care in the world -There is NO training, you either figure it out on your own or pray that there is someone who will return your emails and go over your concerns -Employees are money cows… there is absolutely no incentives. Healthcare “benefits” are a joke -The company should NOT BE operating when there proper preparation is NILL -This whole operation is about the money… it’s not to help “stop the spread of Covid” -ALL LEADERSHIP is absolute disappointments

Pros

The benefits are great and the work/life balance is wonderful. Compensation is good but it could be better.

Cons

CIC is where the startups are at. With all the talk of diversity in silicon valley, and in startup culture overall, the entire management team at CIC is all white. I think it's pretty much the same in other parts of the organization -- you won't find much diversity. Not sure management cares too much as it's been raised before and not much has been done.

Pros

You quite literally create your own work for the day. Lots of food options because of all the different company meetings. You can make friends easily.

Cons

They are not an honest and upfront group as a whole. The CEO eats sushi while letting the staff know there will be staffing cuts. They do not teach you the job and if you don't know what you're doing, that's on you and no one else. They have racist undertones. There is no opportunity for advancement. Part-timers do not get paid holidays.
