      Pros

      - If you're lucky enough to get on a good team with, it can provide a lot of fun opportunities. - Seem to somewhat care about their employees, though misguided and executed poorly

      Cons

      - Some people were randomly laid off after working there for years and zero warning that the firm was having financial trouble since they were still holding extravagant parties - Some management is great, some is awful - Try too hard for the "family" culture and expect everyone to work overtime for free - Popularity contest for promotions
