      Pros

      There are ample of opportunities to learn and the management is very supportive. Also there is wide range of options from courier growth prospective. Permanent work from home and offers chance to work with different people across the globe. Its a perfect fit for the person who is willing to work hard.

      Cons

      To be honest, I haven't seen any challenges working with CILA so far. Everyone is very approachable and there are no issues.

      Pros

      If you're accountable enough to do your tasks, remote work is perfect. There is incredible work-life balance and company culture. Family always comes first and the senior position employees are very understanding and helpful.

      Cons

      Since it's remote, it's difficult to connect with employees on a personal level.
