Pros
The company has several clients in different sectors, it is possible to learn about different technologies and business topics.
Cons
As soon as the project with the client ends, they will try to relocate you to another, but if they do not succeed, they may terminate your contract without just cause. There is no type of benefit apart from salary, there is no defined career plan either and sometimes they simply become an HR company that all they do is pay you. In short, it is a common outsourcing

Absolute lack of career path and growth opportunities Reduced chances to change/move between accounts No way to request pay raises (you can do it, and for sure in my experience, will be ignored)
