Pros

Lots of opportunities to contribute ideas to the business no matter the role. Team moves fast, and is more interesting to work with than at a traditional financial services company. The work-from-home vs. office policy is flexible and even though can work long hours, the flexibility is very much welcome!

Cons

None come to mind. Perhaps now that we're out of covid the team could do more socials together to help build a stronger culture.

It's a joy coming to work each day Huge current and future market opportunity - it's growing exponentially London office is a great open space, well-lit, fully fledged kitchen (with oven and gas hob!!!). Great Shoreditch location with good food choices Colleagues are smart, driven, forward thinking and bought into the company mission Ownership and autonomy over your work Ambitious company goals

We have a huge challenge ahead of us and we're far away from where we need to get to, but this is all part of the fun
