Wonderful, dedicated and caring employees. Top tier defense customers. Great products.

Cons

Terrible upper management; care only about short term wins. Lack of business ethics. Bullying management style. Shaky infrastructure with weak / no standard processes and no desire to fix it. Very high employee turnover; leads to low morale and constant hiring / training....for which there is no standard process.

Very relaxed work environment for some, plenty of over time .

Cons

Very poor management, only like people that brown nose up to them. Horrible communication within the company, even though its a very small building. Horrible supervisors that treat employees like crap.
