      Take from the poor, give to the rich

      Pros

      This company has so much potential to be long term successfully. They are constantly innovating new ideas and cultivating new products that consistently surpass the industry's competition. This company makes things that would take other companies' greatest minds years to figure out. The output of this company truly is remarkable.

      Cons

      They do not listen to the needs of the employees that they currently have. Pay scales across the board are at an industry low by comparison to other companies. This company sells products that go for in upwards of 30,000 dollars but most of the employees there in product make less than 11 dollars and hour. Share the wealth and your success will more than triple.

      Was pretty good to work for until Bluestone took over

      Cons

      Management forced out by new owners ( Bluestone ). They sent in one of their own to run the business and he is ignorant of the business and its customers.

      Pros

      If you like to slack off and not be held accountable, then this place is for you! Seriously, the company produces a niche product to a very selective market. They should be more than a very small company. Growth was declining, but their sales team pulled out of the slump this year. Hopefully the production side of the house will produce quality products this year! Quality is severely lacking.

      Cons

      Extremely nepotistic company. If you do not know someone there or are related to them then the likelihood of you being hired anyway is very slim. There is no growth potential within the company. There isn't a plan and the Management team is a joke. One of the senior leaders who is still there actually only showed up once a week for almost a year and I still don't think the company owners have figured this out yet!
