As well as "captains", who are basically warm bodies meant only to fill positions when someone calls off at any site under their supervision. •If the client company complains about you, even if the complaint is unfounded, your managers will worry more about pleasing the client than defending you. •You will constantly be called in for overtime.

Does not support staffs, possibility of promotion is almost zero and does not give adequate training making staff progress near impossible
