Friendly coworkers, short commute to where I used to live.

Cons

Poor company claiming to be multinational while they are not! Virtual locations at different countries using it with leverage to attract investors that don’t know any better. The whole show is ran by the CEO, his policy is “my way or the high way”

Good projects, good experiences, nice building. travel abroad and one of the highest salaries. Medical insurance and social insurance. calm and nice parking area and garden. good management team

Cons

I find the company is very good overall specially from employee point of view but some areas that needs improvement is that the company is hierarchical with little transparency, team work is not good in terms of products, project focused.
