The co workers are amazing. They are like a family.

Cons

The management will pick at you if you prove them wrong. They will fire you even if you have family issues after they have agreed upon said issues.

The services they provide. Coworkers. Good paid time off.

Cons

Many years at budget time am told may be laid off or have to go part time while other coworkers aren't. Many managers are totally (totally) I'm competent. Barely any employee recognition for many workers. Agency focuses on "pet projects".

Great residents and families Coworkers are understanding Personally, commute was fine (trying to reach 20 work minimum... this place sucks)

Cons

Horrible managers. Very unqualified social workers and therapists in management roles. Managers always in offices talking to each other or on personal phone calls. Managers love to yell at you and tell you what to do while they don’t know half of what goes on on the floor.
