Long hours. No work life balance. They don't even take the day after Thanksgiving off. No Mentorship. Verbal abuse and condescending attitude from management People are hired and fired often that it creates an atmosphere of fear. It pushes employees to look out for themselves and not lend a hand to others.

Management tends to micro manage a lot. It feels like management is always looking over your shoulder the entire time. Employees get laid off often. They cut hours during the week and have workers come in on weekends. Projects are always rushed.
