Be asked to perform 5 people’s job amount without extra pay, tedious work without growth space. Unprofessional and rude management, yell at people, no training, just ask you to do repeated, robot type work Old fashion management values, confidence comes from nowhere

unfortunately, i there is no any positive comments about the company.

Cons

The company is trying to make full control of employes, not professional way of managing and founder is outdating leader who is afraid to loose a full control of every single person working in company. The company is not investing the employes, treating people like in army, discontrol of managing and no flexibility in working. There is a big turnover, people are leaving the company after the short period of time and they are not honest during interview trying to fool you and atract to the company. Definitely not recomending it to anyone.
