Pros
Headquarters located in the Millyard and very close to downtown. Very centered within southern and central NH. Great for walking. Company is very flexible for personal time and working mothers. Potentially work on all four northern New England DOTs, as well as municipal and private development projects.
Cons
Company is somewhat in the dark ages with computer technology and office furniture. Pay and benefits are somewhat lacking, but improving. Company has shown lack of keeping talent in the past, which is somewhat obvious by the large number of Ex-CLDers. Also, some personalities in the office are overbearing and bordering on office bullying and/or unprofessional. Pay for engineers is salaried regardless of budget.
