      Amazing people and mission but extremely overworked

      Pros

      The mission and team spirit were what kept most people going here. Very inspiring leadership and staff.

      Cons

      We were overworked consistently, working weekends and nights to make deadlines. They made it seem like this was normal for a start-up company and if we didn't like it, then it wasn't a good fit.
