Pros
Flexibility to work from home, occasional small Christmas bonus if you get a decent review or a .20 cent raise a year, and possibility of landing a great manager or supervisor.
Cons
You can be laid off or have your hours cut with no notice. The “leadership team” is degrading and mean. Constantly at each other’s throats for power. You can be written up for not sounding happy in an email. No benefits, no sick time, and no cost of living increase. If you get a pay increase, it will be cents. Upon a biased review, you may or may not receive a bonus. There will NOT be a bonus AND pay increase. All the excellent workers they had are fleeing. You’ll most likely be treated like you’re incapable of critical thinking. Only benefit is remote work, and that’s very common now. Redundant work, unwilling to teach new skills, and sabotaging.

Pros
They offer completely flexible schedules. Company has a great management team, who is constantly trying to grow the company. Hard work is rewarded with a bonus at end of the year.
Cons
The pay is not very competitive compared to other data quality jobs. If a project ends it can be weeks or months before you are placed on another project, which is hard if an employee depends on the income.
