Pros

The salary is ok. Great coworkers atmosphere.

Cons

Management - employee relationships are toxic. They claim that we have values, such as trust and openness, but if you try to honestly talk about problems, you are being argued at. When you come with a problem you get an explanation of why it will not be solved instead of the solution. Basically, managers are paid for explaining problems, not solving them. One day CEO claims that "we are sitting on a pile of cash" The next day 10 people are fired to cut the costs. Some of them, simply because they have a higher salary. Managers and project leads do not take responsibility. Once things go bad, everyone starts looking for a guilty one. This leads to specialists being fired and incompetent managers keep their jobs. No business process established Working slack is monitored by management People have to work non-paid overtimes Poor communication between projects Do not recommend if you are looking for steady, modern company.

Pros

Everyone looks friendly and supportive at first glance.

Cons

Once you start working, you realize, everyone is just avoiding responsibility. It lasts until a critical point, and everyone starts to look for the guilty. Such an approach causes major burnout among employees. Some people declare they cannot take it anymore and quit during meetings. Many European employees are being replaced by cheaper, Russian workers. It's career-dead-end.

Pros

* great people around * company is moving from making mobile games to VR, which basically means premium games (not f2p) which are more interesting to work with/on * company is small, so everyone usually does a couple of things besides his usual duties. Though there's no feeling that you're under pressure, it's more like you can be a master of a number of things/different tasks at the same time and everyone appreciates that. *any hardware required for your tasks - covered

Cons

* lowered wage for most of the 2022 because of the sanctions from western counties on Russia (dollars/euro conversion to rubles) * The company is small, and it may not have the conditions for your constant career development or constant super-interesting tasks (at times) * really difficult to understand medical insurance * You work as a PE. That is, you are on the staff, but it might not feel like that a bit. Though it is the same for everyone
