I have gained valuable expereince while business was still good.

Cons

Awful work environment. Family owned. All about politics slimey business deals and they are beginning to feel the pain from many years of it. Could go on and on...

There are very good people working there, but I mean the little people NOT Management. Lots of talent for sure.

No training available to grow, no annual raises so you have no incentive or goals to do better or even feel like you are making a difference. Working here is just a paycheck to survive for you and your family. This company is nepotism at it's finest beware of who you talk to as they may be family members or friends of the family. You will learn fast who your enemies and allies are. Lots of language barrier problems with other teams. I also have never seen a company that each team works against each other it is surprising that anything is accomplished. If you want to grow in a career and have goals set to become better this is certainly NOT the place for you. Management is down right horrible and untrustworthy so beware. Benefits are just so,so nothing to scream about. If you get a job offer from this company be sure to ask about yearly reviews and raises and if you need to work from home for a family issue, live far away or maybe due to weather conditions etc... they have the ability to do so for you BUT you need to address this upfront as they seem to only give that to their so called special people. Make sure everything is in writing before you sign on! as this will turn on your if you do not. Lastly, I really find it hard to see good reviews on this company they must be getting paid to write these.Honestly those could not be farther from the truth. It is a shame as there is much talent here but the technology is way behind in a lot of areas.
