Pros
Rapid promotion path, high degree of Partner involvement in projects and interactions, opportunity to work on projects around the world all focused in high growth internet and digital infrastructure space, strong MBA and industry career paths
Cons
Partners and Principals can get stretched thin by projects. Teams can be asked for fast delivery times to meet client needs. Mentoring asked to come from juniors but senior team will make time if junior takes action to set up meeting

Very friendly people, team oriented culture, ability to progress / get promoted quickly, good vacation plan (for US standards)
Cons
Very long workdays, unsustainable lifestyle, constantly understaffing and overscoping projects at the expense of teams, projects primarily consist of commercial due diligences (with PE or infra groups) leading to high burn sprints that often require weekend work
