Unreasonable expectations for learning outcomes - 11 days to learn and master antiquated software that has no educational manual to refer to. I reached out to the creator for some assistance who is now retired in the Carribean and does not respond. Other staff gave no flexibilty for nominal error in the new job learning curve; Unreasonable; Rarely approachable; critical of questions

Ancient Dispatch Software with no support Training minimal with very high expectations of perfectionism and learning curves of less than 3 weeks. Perception that leadership is not in charge of office management decisions Short term established employee controlls every aspect of the office. Probationary training time for new employees not adhered to. Silently judgemental
