      Great Team Dynamics, Encouraged to learn and take courses, people who work there are very helpful and friendly.

      Cons

      Made to sign a document if you want the job, that notes let go without cause anytime they want. So you are always worried about them letting you go. The company is a great to work for, just this document. Whether they down size, etc. it's always in the back of employee's minds.
