Pros
Yearly bonuses, other stuff are just must-haves. I'd say high-quality staff too, but I already found out that most of them quit quite some time ago.
Cons
Top management has no idea what are they doing. Some people are at leading/top positions because of the wrong reasons, and therefore, work culture suffers. HR did terrible job with me and a number of people they laid off. For myself, they promised different projects, been there for year and a half, nothing happened. Had a great 360, no pay raise. A lot of people were fired lately so if you're going on an interview at their company, know this - they promise a lot, even a paycheck, but will fire you just like that. If they are offering you a contract on fixed period, consider that a red flag.
