Great job opportunities, very dynamic environment, growing company (great challenges, important clients, job security), great consideration of employees' needs from supervisors and human resources, amazing cafeteria at low price for employees, wellness program, frequent gifts for employees, volleyball court available.

Cons

Massive growth = difficulty to train the employees, but a program of training is currently in process to compensate this issue !

Some of the people are a joy to work with. Easy to get hired since no experience required.

Cons

Poor management from the top to the floor level. Safety hazards throughout the entire building. Cut throat environment with management. Filthy bathrooms. Poor planning leads to majority of jobs being rushed at the last minute and using scare tactics to force employees to do overtime. Supervisors leave in the middle of shifts to get coffee, yet operators get spoken to if they come back 2 minutes late from break. No air conditioning when it's boiling in the summer leading to some employees getting sick. Poor ventilation.
