      Nobody owns up to anything. They will spend 5 hours trying to find someone to blame rather than 5 minutes to fix a problem. If you get on someone's bad side in management they will plot against you until you quit or get fired.

      Coworkers are nice but very competitive and all about the money. The Clients are numbers and not people.

      Pros

      Opportunity for daily/monthly bonuses, Monday-Friday job with decent entry level pay. Paid vacation, birthdays, holidays off. Medical/dental offered as well as life/vision insurance. Decent parking.

      Cons

      Knowing that your job is collecting money from people who don't have it for circumstances beyond their control. You have to learn quick or you'll be left behind. The focus is the money, collect more and earn more. If you want to help people with their medical debt this is not the place to be. This is very much "who cares" what the situation is just get money. Traffic.

      Pros

      Health care, where they pay half of the monthly cost. Food truck comes everyday. Holidays off. Once a month there are raffles for big prizes like TVs. Great Holiday parties in office. Can listen to music through Bluetooth or radio. Flexible start times. Over time usually offered. Vending machines available.

      Cons

      Very crowded office space. The management are all friends so, holiday contest, raffles, and nice favors are all rigged. A lot of the times the work load is too much to handle. If someone quits, then you get all of their work with no training. Printer breaks down a lot so workload gets backed up. Coffee provided in office is disgusting.
