      Competitive pay compared to other local offices

      Cons

      Disorganized leadership, high workload with little support, lack of mentorship, everyone seems unhappy, bullying by employees, poor training, unreasonable expectations without proper support, frequent layoffs/termination and company restructuring. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND DON’T APPLY!

      Communication isn't the best. Leadership style is passive. Staff are very compartmentalized. They don't accept team approach.
