      If you're in office, Friday's are a lot of fun. they often get together for office meals and celebrating birthdays.

      90% of the team is remote. It can make it hard to develop culture and feel connected with your coworkers.

      The work is fine and there are many nice people working for this company.

      Cons

      Management is lackluster. You have no say in which position you are switched to or what program you work in. Training is subpar and when you have questions they go unanswered.
